Documentation of Public Meeting: Agenda, Minutes, and Signature Page. The Comprehensive School Safety Plan needs to be approved by your School Site Council and returned by November 6, 2026. 

*Please be sure to invite your site SRO to the meeting, and/or inform them of their expected attendance in February to sign.

Comprehensive School Safety Plan needs to be approved by the School Site Council. Please return by November 6, 2026, with all wet signatures. 

IMPORTANT - APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA MUST BE AGENDIZED & MUST BE NOTED IN THE MINUTES, along with absent SSC members.

Send the School Safety Plan Site Approval form (below), your SSC agenda for the meeting, and the meeting minutes.
