8th Grade Students must complete a total of 6 hours of community service during the chool year.
7th Grade Students must complete 2 hours of community service for each trimester they are a member during the school year:
Trimester 2 & Trimester 3 Membership = 4 hours
Trimester 3 Membership = 2 hours

CJSF Members will fill out a form explaining their community service activity and get it approved by a supervisor. CJSF Members can access and submit their community service form on the CJSF Google Classroom.

Cielo Vista needs tutors from 1 to 2 on Mondays. Please contact the Cielo Vista Principal or Mrs. Blake the 7th grade counselor to sign up.
Street or beach Clean-Ups
Making cards/letters for essential workers (Mission Viejo Hospitals allow for electronic cards)
Food drives
Write letters for those serving the country
Tutoring in the RSM library after school from 3 to 4 any day Tuesday- Thursday.
Babysit or pet sit (with adult permission)
Mission Viejo Library Teen Voice Blog: Looking to earn some community service credit? Consider the Teen Voice Blog! For every post you write, you’ll earn 1 hour of community service credit. If you participate in a library event and write about it for the blog, you’ll earn 2 hours of credit. Blog signups are ongoing, so fill out an application if interested!
