This is my 29th year of teaching, and I still enjoy walking into my classroom every year. I have a BS in English, a BA in Theatre Arts/Communication from Bemidji State University, and an MS in Education from Walden University. This year I will teach Freshman English, Survival Literature, Film Study, College in High School Public Speaking, Theatre Arts, and Creative Writing. I am also a Key Club Advisor and a Prom Advisor. 

When I am not at school or involved in school activities, I am chasing around after my children, grandchildren, or farm animals. My husband, Shawn, works for MNDOT and is often on the road. We have been raising six children and helping with five grand children (soon to be six). When not on the farm, my husband and I enjoy traveling the country and meeting people.
