Welcome to Reading and Communications in Mrs. Geiser's class. This is my 13th year teaching at Franklin Middle School. I have been teaching for twenty one years and am continually excited to focus on the skill of reading to sixth, seventh, and eighth graders. I received my Masters in Reading Education from the University of North Dakota and my undergraduate degree from the College of St. Scholastica.
Throughout the reading courses, strategies and skills will be focused on for students to be successful readers in academics and life.
Besides reading, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, exercising, baking, and flower gardening. My husband, Kenny, and I have six children, Kale, Ruby, Betsy, Kooper, Coya, and Britta.
