We all have different ways of coping with the stress of our current situation. We are all looking for new ways of dealing with stress, boredom and the anxiety of an unknown future. Try some of the activities below to stay busy or distract yourself, and remember to be gentle with yourself if productivity during the COVID-19 pandemic doesn't look the same as it did before.

Make goals to accomplish each day
Call a friend or family member (or use Zoom...own device? FaceTime, Google Meets)
Keep a journal chronicling your experience during COVID-19 for future historians
Go through your wardrobe and challenge yourself to donate 5 items
Be gentle to yourself and your emotions: Mrs. Kuznia has some great ideas!
Listen to (or binge) a podcast (Recommendations!) or TedTalks for Teens (Note: not screen-free 😉)
Create a cloth face covering with items from around your house
"Visit" the WREC for online workout classes and an abundance of other resource
Find a new recipe to try using ingredients you already have on hand
