CURRICULUM AREA: Special Education Job skills

COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Prowler WEBC (Work Experience Business Center) is a class that introduces students to the world of work through supervised activities at a work site. Students will learn how to maintain employment, be successful on the job, and plan for the future world of work. The work site may be within Lincoln High School or a placement out in the community.

COURSE EXPECTATIONS / GOALS / BENCHMARKS / OBJECTIVES: Individual goals and objectives are determined by the student’s IEP. The presentation of material is modified based on student needs.

COURSE GOALS: To assist students in becoming as independent and successful as they can while learning many job skills.
