We’re so excited you’ve decided to join Prime Texas Properties. During this step, Prime Texas Properties has sent over an Agent On-boarding Packet email with the following forms to be completed.
Agent Sponsorship Request Form: Please fill it out completely. Email us a picture and bio for the main site, and our social media announcements. Also, we’ll need to know if you are opting into Prime Texas Plus for our leads program.

Set up payments: Please ensure your Credit/Debit Card and ACH information is correctly entered for direct deposit of any funds sent to Prime Texas Properties on your behalf.
Transferring your license on TREC is easy, and completed online with the TREC’s My License services.

If this is your first time: How to File Your Application with TREC
Scroll to “change your license information and manage sponsorship.” At the drop-down select “Manage my sponsorship (sales)”
Select Next, and then scroll to the button that states “request sponsorship”
A search box will open, and you’ll need to select “Real Estate Company” as the License Type and enter 9008897 in the License Number box. There is no need to enter or select anything else. Click on the search.
PRIME TEXAS SERVICES, LLC. should appear as the company. We have a DBA name under the corporation for Prime Texas Properties.
Select the check box next to the license number, and then scroll to the button that says “request” and select which will return to the manage my list screen and should now show our company.
Scroll down and select “next” to proceed.
On this page, you will see the application summary page in which you will have to select “submit”.
On the next page make sure the red button says yes, and select next.
On the summary page, you may be asked to pay and once that is completed the application will be sent to us for approve.

*Prime Texas Properties will only accept transfers once the new agent paperwork has been completed.
Per Prime Texas Properties policy, you must be a member of a Board/MLS in Texas. Once your license is accepted in TREC, our Onboarding Specialist will reach out to you regarding your Board/MLS affiliation. We have pre-printed forms and they will be supplied to you. This includes new member Board/MLS forms, current member/transfer Board/MLS forms and listing transfer forms (if applicable).
If you have already filled out a new member, sponsorship transfer, or listing transfer form and need broker signature on it please send it to office@primetxproperties.com for Jason Colin Ezer's digital signature.
*Prime Texas Properties agents must join one of the boards or update their membership with Prime Texas Properties’ info. This will need to be done within one week or Prime Texas Properties will have to send the license back to TREC.
Please fill out the HAR membership form completely and submit this form to HAR Member Services. You will be contacted within 48 hours. To complete your membership application, please:
Attend a mandatory orientation session within 60 days - Orientation Schedule
Transferring or secondary memberships must provide confirmation of member status in good standing in the primary board

IMPORTANT: Applicant not attending orientation within 60 days will result in forfeiture of fees paid and loss of member services.
