How to Make a Copy of This Document You Can Write On

If you have Google Docs:

1. File
2. Make a copy
3. Select a folder where you can find it
4. Click OK
5. Complete the document

If you don’t have Google Docs:

1. File
2. Download As → Microsoft Word
3. Save it somewhere you can find it
4. Complete the document
5. Save (yes, again)

Want to print out a physical copy?

1. File
2. Download As → PDF (or Word, that’ll also work)
3. Open the file
4. Print
