The site will depend on the the services that the building will provide.

For example if the building provides commercial services it can be located in peck ham south and if it provides a playful activates it can be located near the the center which lack these types of actives.

I think Packham needs a building that provides a hybrid the focus in the community, and it can have some commercial services.
