Puberty and the physiological changes in the body
Specific lifestyle changes to suit puberty changes

Final Physical assessment 10% (progress in Beep test Min level 7, 10 push-ups,60 planks )
Also,
In class participation, punctuality and over all Physical progress throughout the course will count for 70% the course mark.
