Course Outline PPL10

This course will be focusing achieving the awareness and achieving active living life style.

Highlighting the the technique of following sports: -

  • active team sports

      1. Volley ball

      2. Basket ball

      3. Soccer

      4. Football

Also As for the health portion of the course it will cover the following topics:-

      1. Dieting methods advantages and major concerns

      2. Puberty and the physiological changes in the body

      3. Specific lifestyle changes to suit puberty changes

Major Assessments (End of Term)

***Unit Test of (Health and development unit 10% ) 1 hours. ***

Oral Response (Presentation on Puberty 10%) 2 hours . More Details (Rubric)

***Students will be giving Oral presentation assignment break down Due Jan17th****

Final Physical assessment 10% (progress in Beep test Min level 7, 10 push-ups,60 planks )
