This course will be focusing achieving the awareness and achieving active living life style.
Highlighting the the technique of following sports: -
active team sports
Volley ball
Basket ball
Soccer
Football
Also As for the health portion of the course it will cover the following topics:-
Dieting methods advantages and major concerns
Puberty and the physiological changes in the body
Specific lifestyle changes to suit puberty changes

Final Physical assessment 10% (progress in Beep test Min level 7, 10 push-ups,60 planks )
