Enhancements to the educator experience continue! Educators get more actionable insight into student performance with new historical reporting, more precise Diagnostic Rush flags, updated exports, and new Standards Mastery reports for administrators.
Resources:
More than 100 cutting-edge new lessons are now available to middle school students, the first step toward the replacement of all Grades 6–8 lessons in Reading and Mathematics! The new instruction adapts pacing to student needs, uses culturally authentic texts, and promotes student agency rather than character storylines.
And that’s not all. Middle school students now see all-new videos motivating them to do their best on the Diagnostic and will encounter fewer repeated passages and items while taking the test.
i-Ready also continues to provide educators with new tools and resources designed for the specific challenges of the middle school classroom, including the use of i-Ready for on-grade level content.
Support for English Learners in i-Ready Instruction has expanded in both Reading and Mathematics, including integrated strategic scaffolds and support for academic language development, plus additional supports for Spanish speakers.
The i-Ready Diagnostic for Mathematics is now available in Spanish for select districts to help empower educators to assess Spanish-speaking English Learners in their native language.
Resources:
The i-Ready Diagnostic is now accessible to students with visual, auditory, and physical impairments through keyboard navigation, closed-captioning, and support for screen readers. Plus, the next phase of accessibility improvements is underway for Standards Mastery and i-Ready Instruction.
