These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Myndval Catalyst website and, where applicable, the purchase or use of our services, sessions, digital products, transformational recordings, resources, and programs.

By purchasing or using our services or products, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Myndval Catalyst

Myndval Catalyst Ltd provides services and resources focused on personal development, transformational coaching, hypnotherapy, subconscious work, emotional wellbeing, relaxation, clarity, confidence, and positive personal change.

2. Scope of Services

Myndval Catalyst services are complementary wellbeing and personal-development services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in an appropriate professional context, services provided through Myndval Catalyst are not medical treatment, psychiatric treatment, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or emergency mental-health care.

Myndval Catalyst does not guarantee that a particular result or outcome will occur.

3. Client Responsibility

Transformation is a collaborative process.

By participating in a service, you agree to:

• provide information honestly to the best of your knowledge;

• communicate relevant concerns regarding your participation;

• participate voluntarily;

• follow reasonable safety instructions associated with recordings and sessions; and

• seek appropriate medical or mental-health care when required.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

4. Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a collaborative process involving focused attention, relaxation, imagination, and suggestion.

Individual experiences vary.

Participation in hypnosis remains voluntary, and a client may communicate, move, or discontinue participation during a session.

No particular therapeutic, personal, financial, medical, psychological, or other outcome is guaranteed.

5. Bookings

Appointments are subject to availability.

A booking may not be considered confirmed until any required booking process and payment requirements have been completed.

Please ensure that the contact information provided when booking is accurate.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice where reasonably possible.

Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply, except where otherwise agreed or where your rights under applicable New Zealand law require a different outcome.

If Myndval Catalyst needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange an alternative time.

Any cancellation policy displayed during the booking process forms part of these Terms.

7. Fees and Payment

Prices will be displayed or communicated before purchase or booking.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in New Zealand dollars.

Payment requirements may vary according to the service or product.

You are responsible for ensuring payment details and information supplied during purchase are accurate.

8. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Requests for refunds or other remedies will be considered in accordance with the circumstances and applicable New Zealand law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable New Zealand legislation where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

A change of mind does not automatically create a right to a refund where the service or digital product has been properly supplied, subject always to applicable consumer law.

9. Digital Products and Transformational Recordings

Digital products, pre-recorded transformational audios, personalised recordings, worksheets, guides, and other downloadable resources are provided for personal use unless otherwise stated.

You must not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, commercially exploit, or provide these materials to others without written permission from Myndval Catalyst.

10. Safe Use of Audio Recordings

Transformational, hypnosis, relaxation, or meditation recordings should only be used when you are in a safe environment where relaxation and reduced external attention are appropriate.

Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, supervising an activity requiring continuous attention, or in any situation where reduced alertness could create a safety risk.

Stop listening if you become uncomfortable or feel that continuing is inappropriate for you.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, written material, branding, audio recordings, scripts, programs, resources, graphics, and original materials made available by Myndval Catalyst remain the intellectual property of Myndval Catalyst Ltd or their respective rights holders.

Purchase of a service or product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Where appropriate, you may be encouraged to consult your GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, emergency service, or another suitably qualified healthcare professional.
