This past year has been a struggle for me with many things, including struggle with fellow classmates, and emotional eating which lead to weight gain. The fact that my body was changing enormously and in a very bad way was unclear to me. Not until the end of this summer did I decide to do something to change this. Two months ago I started to see a nutritionist who has changed my way of life. He has had such a big impact on me, that I too hope to one day be able to do this for others and motivate them to be the best versions of them self. Seeing the dramatic change I've made with all the hard work gives you the best feeling, almost like it's Christmas. Eating better and exercising everyday will help your overall mood become so much more positive.
