About me

I'm Alexandra Georgieva and I've been a residential student at North Broward Prep for nearly 4 years. This 2021-2022 year, I'll be starting my sophomore year and I can't wait to see how the learning style will be, whether we'll still be under the pressure of covid-19 and social distancing or not. Either way, I'm ecstatic to spend another great year at NB and see my friends and classmates. I love being involved in science and math and STEM in general, and I really enjoy problem solving and discovering new things about the universe through physics. Topics such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Gene Editing, and Quantum Computing fascinate me, and I always have curious mindset in finding out more about technology and how it can strive humanity to the future. This year I'll be taking AP bio and pre-IB computer science with Mr.C which is a specialized class for sophomores that are too young for IB but have already done all the AP comp sci classes.
