Click the Trinity Sports Medicine Registration Link on the left side of this page. This needs to be done 1 time a year.
Turn in your sports physical to your school office.
ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
In order to participate in Minot Public Schools activities, all athletes must complete the following prior to participation:

**** PLEASE NOTE - ALL 6TH-8TH GRADERS MUST HAVE A NEW SPORTS PHYSICAL FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR.
Pay your participation fee: 1st Sport = $25.00 2nd Sport = $25.00 3rd Sport = $12.50 4 or more = No Charge
** This can be done in PowerSchool using your eFunds.Click the Trinity Sports Medicine Registration link above and fill out the form. This is required 1 time a year.
Click the Jim Hill or Ramstad Sports Registration links at the top to register for specific sports.
Must meet all academic eligibility requirements set forth by their respective school.
ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY
All middle school athletes (Grades 6-8) are expected to maintain passing grades in all of their classes to remain academically eligible. The following guidelines will be followed by teachers, students, and administration for both in person and distant learning students.
