HOA Bookkeeping & Admin Systems

I created Maven Meadows HOA as a fictional 12-lot community to demonstrate how a small homeowners association can keep its financial records, documents, resident requests, meeting information, and community communications organized in one practical system.

 Through My Modern Maven, I provide virtual bookkeeping and administrative support to small organizations and businesses. I focus on creating systems that are clear, easy to maintain, and useful to board members, residents, and the professionals who support them.

This demonstration includes sample bookkeeping records, board financial reports, document organization, resident forms, community updates, and website resources. All names, properties, transactions, events, and documents are fictional.

I am preparing to begin accepting HOA clients in 2027, with an initial focus on service along Oregon’s I-5 corridor from Roseburg to Albany.
