Tom Cruise ’s potential future in the Mission: Impossible franchise has been hotly debated for more than two years now. When Dead Reckoning and the now-titled The Final Reckoning were originally announced, it seemed like a guarantee that this double-header would be the last stunt-filled run for Hollywood’s biggest adrenaline junkie. Now, it looks like Cruise is already working on plans for another Mission: Impossible movie, but with an unexpected twist.Additionally, with the Mad Hatter being introduced in the movie, Jeffrey has already confirmed that Alice & The Mad Hatter is in the works, though it's unclear if it will be before or after Poohniverse.
Frozen," the instantly iconic story of two sisters in the fictional kingdom of Arendelle, gets a makeover by Theatre Under the Stars in Houston. TUTS is among a handful of regional theaters given permission by Disney to put their own spin on the stage version. (Within Disney parameters, of course.) It runs through Dec. 29 at Hobby Center.Considering the lengthy road many of the other solo movies have taken since first being announced, including Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare and Bambi: The Reckoning taking upwards of three years to make from their announcements, I don't think Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble will see as quick of an arrival as Jeffrey and Frake-Waterfield are aiming for. That said, if they do continue their devotion to improving the franchise's quality with each movie, I have a lot of faith not only in the crossover, but in the TCU's future.
Cruise doesn’t seem to be aware that normal 60-year-olds don’t usually spend their time throwing themselves out of planes, driving off cliffs on motorcycles, and hanging from helicopters. He also really has no intention of pulling back on his action-packed roles either, but a new report has suggested that he will be passing on his Mission: Impossible torch on at least a little for a ninth movie – to a younger version of Ethan Hunt.Sean Connery holds the honor of being the first big screen 007. Connery made his James Bond debut in 1962 with the Terrence Young-directed film Dr. No. Connery went on to star in five more James Bond films — From Russia With Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice and Diamonds Are Forever — even returning to the franchise after a brief interruption by George Lazenby's one-off Bond film and the non-EON Bond movie Never Say Never Again. Little did he know at the time that the Bond movies would become one of the biggest action franchises to date.
The stage musical opened on Broadway in March 2018 and closed two years later because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It's based on the 2013 animated film about two sisters, Elsa and Anna, whose close relationship grows distant because of Elsa's ability to freeze anything she touches. When Elsa inadvertently blankets Arendelle in an eternal winter, only true love can break the spell. It made more than $1 billion worldwide, as did the sequel. A third film will be released in 2027. Bond took up the better part of a decade of Connery's career, beginning in 1962 and ending with Diamonds Are Forever in 1971 in the traditional series. Prior to his death in 2020, Connery went on to have a long acting career after ending his Bond tenure. His first 007 follow-up was The Offence in 1973, but he then went on to star in a number of films, including Murder on the Orient Express, The Man Who Would Be King, Time Bandits, and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. One of Connery's later works was another spy movie in 1998.
While the report published by The Sun is very much a take-it-as-you-will rumor, the publication says that the next movie after The Final Reckoning will potentially explore Hunt’s younger years in greater depth, and Cruise is currently looking for the right actor to play that youthful version of his action hero character.Under the guidance of artistic director Dan Knechtges, TUTS began working on a new "Frozen" treatment two years ago. They were one of five theaters selected to produce a new version out of approximately 100 pitches from around the country.
"TUTS has always been on the map, but in the past several years we've been really conscientious about developing that relationship with them (Disney)," says Knechtges, who is directing and choreographing this production. "I think it's a no brainer, especially for us, at Christmas."With the movie set to bring together some of the most iconic names together for a bloody showdown, Scott Jeffrey reveals Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble will introduce another classic children's character. The upcoming movie, tentatively slated for a late 2025 release, will be the culmination of The Twisted Childhood Universe that began with Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey. In the same vein as Freddy vs. Jason and The Avengers, the Poohniverse plot will bring together the horror versions of Pooh, Peter Pan, Bambi, Pinocchio and many others, who team up to hunt down their survivors.
