Welcome to The 2025 AI Jam: A Global Gathering of Strength-Based Changemakers
This year, we're diving into the powerful story of Appreciative Inquiry (AI)—honoring its visionary origins while boldly imagining what’s next.
Over the next three energizing, interactive days, you will
Immerse yourself in a vibrant global learning community.
Be inspired by pioneering thought leaders shaping the future of strength-based change.
Engage hands-on in workshops featuring innovative practices and real-world cases from around the world.
Connect deeply with passionate peers and experienced practitioners through dynamic, generative conversations.
Together, we won’t just reflect on where Appreciative Inquiry has been—we’ll co-create the future of what it can become.
Think of this site as your central hub for The AI Jam. Here, you can explore each day’s schedule, read about sessions, and access the Zoom links to join live. Dive into speaker bios, learn more about Appreciative Inquiry, and take advantage of interactive tools that foster community and connection. You’ll find everything you need organized under the tabs in the website header—each one is explained below to help you navigate with ease.

Will sessions be recorded? Yes! All sessions will be recorded and shared with registered participants. Please note: only the main session content (plenary) will be recorded — breakout discussions will remain private.
How do I access the recordings? Under the description of each session (on the Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3 tabs), the "Zoom Link" will be replaced with a "Link to the Recording" once the recording is ready. Please allow a little time for us to process and post recordings.
How long will I have access to the recordings? You’ll have full access to the event site and all session recordings for one full year.
What time does the event take place? Sessions typically take place between roughly
9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET on the US East Coast
6:00 am - 2:00 pm PT on the US west coast,
3:00 pm - 11:00 pm CET in Europe, and
11:00 pm - 7:00 am AEST in Australia.
We often reference East Coast time - since that is where the Cooperrider Center is based - AND to support our global community, we try to list session times in multiple time zones (ET, PT, CET, SGT, AEST). We also encourage you to use this tool to help map time zones.
What if I can’t attend the entire conference live? No worries! Join the live sessions you can, and watch the rest via recordings when it works for you.
Can I join from my phone or tablet? Yes! You can join from any device, though we recommend using a laptop or desktop for the best experience.
Do I need to download anything in advance? You don’t need to download Zoom in advance, but we recommend using the Zoom desktop or mobile app (rather than your browser) for the best performance and access to full features.
Who do I contact with questions during the event? We’re here to help! Reach out to appreciativeinquiry@champlain.edu with any questions during the event.
