Tips for Getting Your Issues Resolved Easily

Include your name, class period/section, school, and name of assessment, report, etc. in your email or voicemail.
Screenshots are your friend. It's easier to see what's happening on your end.
Look here or at OnCourse University for quick help.
Most issues with OnCourse can be resolved with clearing your history and restarting your browser. Especially if it is running slow.
