This is an important time for Ingersoll Support Services, its employees and all those that access supports. It is of the utmost importance to us that you -- our employees -- are fully informed on all of the facts with respect to the union's filing of a "No Board" on Friday, May 1, 2026 and what this means for you. The documents below are each Employer message that has been provided to all staff. Please ensure you are fully informed.
The Ontario Labour Relations Board will be holding a Final Offer Vote from 12:00 noon on May 21nd through to 12:00 noon on May 22nd. It is essential that all staff are informed. Please click the image to the left to view important documentation. Know the facts, educate yourself and vote!

Meaningful wage increases (average of 7% over three years for all wake hours):
$0.25 retroactive increase effective April 1, 2025 (wake hours only)
$0.77 retroactive increase effective April 1, 2026 (wake and sleep hours)
