IMPORTANT REMINDERS/REQUIREMENTS
T-TESS Refresher campus sign-in sheets should be emailed to Dr. Romero as soon as possible.
T-PESS Principal Refresher certificates should be emailed to Dr. Romero to update your Talent Ed and personnel file.
Deadline for teacher goals is 9/19/2022: 1 professional, 1 student-centered (3 max as determined by campus principal)
Appraisers must approve teacher goals in DMAC by 9/26/22.
The first day for formal walk-throughs is 9/1/2022.
5 walk-throughs per teacher will be the expectation. This includes 2 Fall walkthroughs, 1 formal 45 minute evaluation, and 2 Spring walkthroughs. All 5 evaluations should be evenly distributed amongst the administrative team.
2 "check-ins" should be done each semester. Administrators will NOT "count in final"
Your administrative team should plan to do 1 calibration set (4 teachers minimum) a semester--scan this information to Dr. Romero once complete.
Academic Deans and Vice-Principals will use DMAC T-TPESS for: Self Assessment, Goal Setting, BOY/MOY/EOY, and Summary Rating
