Dear Red River Athlete:                                                August 26, 2025

We would like to invite you to join one of North Dakota’s most successful wrestling programs. We will begin our 56th season of Grand Forks Red River Wrestling on Monday November 10th at 4:00 in the RR Wrestling room (Down stairs next to the weight room). 

Here is what you will need to do in order to compete this season:

• You need to get a white card in the office and give it to the coaches before you can practice.  This white card indicates that you have a physical, have paid your fee, and are academically eligible. 

• Have a sports physical dated after April 15, 2025. Turn your physical form in to the office. You cannot practice until you have a physical on file, but you should still attend practice until your physical is completed. 

• You cannot compete in a meet until your participation fee is either paid or waived.  Waiver forms are available in the office.  (Your fee may be waived if you qualify – you will not be turned away if you can’t afford the fee). 

We have included a list of 21 State champions, and over 100 other state placers for you to look over.  We would love to add your name to that prestigious list.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me. My information is listed above.
