The 2026 High School Season will begin on August 17th.
Tryouts will be held to determine personnel for up to five teams (two 9th grade, C-Squad, JV, and Varsity).
Any athlete interested in playing volleyball should attend all tryout sessions to be considered for team placement.
Tryouts will take place over three days.
Athletes will be evaluated on physical fitness, skill level, mastery/understanding of the game, work ethic, and the ability to contribute to the team.
Due to the large number of tryout participants and roster limitations not all athletes who tryout for the Volleyball Program will be placed on a team.
Daily cuts may occur as needed and athletes will be informed via conversation with the coaching staff after tryout sessions on day one and two.
In an effort to provide privacy, dignity, and results in a timely fashion, athletes will be informed of their final placement/non-placement by letter at the conclusion of the final tryout session.
The coaching staff will be available after the letters are distributed to answer any athlete questions regarding their tryout.
Placement will be determined by assessment of athleticism, skill development, citizenship, ability to compete and contribute to team/program.
