Edcamp Grand Forks - Supports providing school supplies for GFPS students
The beginning of the school year can sometimes be a difficult time for students who come to school without the needed school supplies. Edcamp Grand Forks will collect school supplies and/or collect a cash donation to provide students with the tools they need to succeed.
Edcamp Grand Forks along with the help of the Grand Forks Foundation for Education will collect supplies during the day to be distributed to students in need across the GFPS district.
When making a donation to this project, you will earn tickets towards one of our fabulous door prizes. Please consider bringing items from the wish list below or make a cash donation. Thanks!
Here is a list of suggested supplies.
- Paper: lined paper, spiral notebooks, composition books, index cards
- Pencils & Pens: blue or black pens, #2 pencils, colored pencils, erasers, pencil sharpener, pencil case, colored markers, crayons, highlighters, dry-erase markers
- General Supplies: dry-erase boards, 3-ring 2" binders, pocket folders
- Classroom staples: rulers, protractors, glue sticks, scissors, tape, calculator
Things you can never have too much of: tissues, sanitizing wipes, hand sanitizer
