To switch between Canvas accounts, the student must logout in two different places.

- From NcEdCloud/Rapid Identity, click Log Out in the top right corner of the screen.
- From Canvas, click Account then click Log Out.
- Then refresh my.ncedcloud.org and login wuth the second student's username and password.
If the second student still cannot login, clear the browser History and Cookies and try again.

- Open Chrome.
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner.
- Click "Settings".
- Scroll down to the "Privacy and Security" section and click "Clear Browsing Data".
- Choose "All time" for the time range, make sure the boxes are checked and click "Clear Data".
- Close the Chrome windows and try to open Canvas again in Chrome.

Make sure you are logged into Zscaler to access the internet on a GCS Device. Open a new tab and go to a non-GCS webpage to force Zscaler to open. Login using your student email address (studentIDnumbr@stu.gcsnc.com) and your password (birthdate = mmddyyyy).
