Open Kitchens
As humans, one of the ways that we can learn is by watching, then doing, then reflecting. We have many talented, experienced, and creative educators in this building who are passsionate about sharing their practice and pedagogy with others. I would urge you to step out of your comfort zone and take the opportunity to observe some of these individuals even if they're expert in a content area that is different from yours.
The following Master Chefs have open kitchens. Reach out to them and schedule a time for you to drop in on one of their lessons. If your planning doesn't align to their instructional time, let Mr. Mac know and he'll help to facilitate coverage to ensure you have an opportunity to learn.
