Circulation Policies:
**Kindergarten students are currently checking out one book and keeping it at school (Updated 10/7/25).**
While 1st-5th grade students do not have limit on the number of books they can check out at a time, they are asked to consider several things:
*How many books can I carry from the media center back to the classroom?
*How many books can I store in my desk or cubby and carry in my backpack?
*How many books can I be responsible for at a time?
Students can visit the media center throughout the school day with their teacher's permission, and the media center is open in the mornings from 7-7:25 for open circulation. Students also visit the media center every other week, on average, for specials.
Lost Books:
If a student loses a book, they are asked to either pay $5 or bring in a gently used, elementary appropriate, book from home to replace the lost book with. Monies or replacement books can be given to Mrs. Chow.
