The Induction Leadership Team will meet with each Candidate/Mentor pair when each of the two ILPs is complete, typically once in November/December and once in March/April. The purpose of this meeting is to review the candidate's portfolio, discuss successes, challenges, and provide advice and assistance to the pair. The Induction Leadership Team will update the Candidate Summary Report to reflect the candidate's completion of Induction requirements.

Year 2 Candidates must sign up for a Credential Verification Meeting. At this meeting, please be prepared with the four documents listed below. Be sure that you include the correct information so we can appropriately apply for your Clear Credential. Once FSD has applied for your credential, you will receive an email from CTC requiring you to make a PAYMENT for your Credential. Once you submit your payment, your credential will be processed.

The Induction Leadership Team values the input of our Candidates and Mentors and is always seeking to improve our program. Please complete the Mid Year Evaluation no later than January 29, 2021. Links to the Evaluation are below. *Time will be provided at the January 27 meeting to complete the survey.
