When you sign up (link below), you'll receive an email. Follow the link in the email (this confirms you own the email address), then bookmark the page you end up at for easy future access.
IMPORTANT: Look for the MOST RECENT email from the system with "the link" as all previous "signup" links in older emails get canceled. Since Gmail groups emails with the same subject you have to click in and sift through to see the MOST RECENT email and click the signup link in that email.
From the support request page, you'll be able to:
Submit a new support request
View/add comments to your open support requests
View/add comments to your closed support requests
Note: Correspondence related to your support requests (status updates, questions from us, etc.) will be via (from:, to:) help@myfitz.on.spiceworks.com. When you reply to emails from help@myfitz.on.spiceworks.com, your responses will be added to the related support request.
