Kele (pronounced "Kelly") Berkery began her real estate career in 2007 as a REALTOR®. She loved selling homes and and survived the challenging market of the time by building relationships, learning from top agents, and working the business. Her clients were happy and her referral business grew, garnering Kele Top Producer awards in her office. However, she had another idea.
The Transaction Coordination business began while Kele was still selling. Because of her strong foundation in sales, she became very fond of and very proficient at the nuances real estate contracts and negotiations. Her agent-clients were impressed with Kele's organization, ability to convey contract language, and especially her people skills.
Like her sales business, agents were more than happy to refer Kele to other agents for their TC needs. Even agents from the other side of the transaction became clients because she was always professional and easy to work with. Even the Escrow Officers loved working with Kele because she knows what she's doing. She soon began to focus solely on her Transaction Coordination business as it became clearer that this was a great fit for her.
To date, Kele has managed over 2000 transactions. She works with agents all over the Sacramento, Central Valley, and Bay Area. Her business is still primarily by referral and after transactions. You could say she's a best-kept secret.
