Late/Non-Payment/Refund Policy:
Participants who registered but did not complete their payment will have their registrations voided.
Participants who make payments after November 5th will also have their registrations voided and will receive a refund after November 26th.
■ No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to attend the competition; however, they will still receive participation souvenirs.
