Notifying the Public of Rights Under Title VI

DSNWK operates its programs and services, including transportation services, without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with DSNWK, Inc.

A complainant may file a complaint directly with the Federal Transit Administration by filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20590

Notifying the Public of Rights Under Title VI

ACCESS Public Transportation operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the ACCESS Public Transportation.

For more information on ACCESS Public Transportation civil rights program, and the procedures to file a complaint, contact 785-621-2078, email  access_comments@mydsnwk.org; or visit our office at 1205 E 22nd Street, Hays, Kansas 67601. Complaints may also be found in the driver's handbook and a form may be requested from your driver.
