  A Maryland native who had a passion for Culinary Arts at a young age, he pursued his culinary degree and graduated from Carroll Tech Institute with a major in Hospitality Management. Thomas has worked in the industry for years in top restaurants and hotels throughout New York and Los Angeles, including managing hot spots like Ma'am Sir in Silverlake.

Executive Chef   Massieka K. Lendio

  A Jamaican Native who was born and raised partially in Kingston, her  Grandmother Miss Irene Dennsion was a popular professional cook in the community, and this is where she grew a passion for culinary. Massieka graduated the culinary program in 2000 and began her professional career at 17yrs old.,

 Massieka's professional resume includes an impressive vast array of companies that have given her a wide rage in the culinary field.
