ERC Credit Qualification

Covid-19 has been a challenge for us since it started. The world shut down and the economy came to a halt, leaving the future of many business in a precarious position. As we found normalcy again, we have been able to start back focusing on recovering and fortunately several government programs are helping to ease the process.

One such program is the Employee Retention Credit or ERC, which is a generous stimulus program to bolster those business that were able their keep their employees during this time. Due to the extremely complex tax code and qualifications, it is severely underutilized.
