About Ms. Walker...

Hello! I'm Ms. Walker and this is my second year here at College Prep Middle School. I've joined at a unique time with distance learning/Hybrid (Now full time!) challenging us as both parents and children. I believe in making the most of the opportunities and challenges that we are faced with and given. I feel fortunate to have found my way to CPMS, where I can use my passion for educational technology and teaching math to help guide and support our students.

A little bit about me; I was born and raised in Northern California. My family and I moved to San Diego 4 years ago and we love it here! When I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy traveling (currently at Lake Havasu this week!), boating, fishing, going to amusement parks, binge watching a tv series, and many other things! I have 4 children, ages 2, 7, 10 and 13. I also have several pets: fish, Karma the Chameleon, Dalilah the Guinea Pig, and a Yellow Lab named Koda.

I'm extremely excited about the coming year and all the things we will teach each other!
