About Mrs. Drada...

Hello! I am very excited to join the Tiger family as your physical education and wellness teacher! I was born and raised in the Chicago area and I received my bachelors degree in physical education and health from Millikin University, where I played Softball for four years. After graduating, I taught middle school physical education for one year in Illinois. My husband and I then moved out to San Diego in the summer of 2019, and in 2020 we welcomed our daughter!

Since moving to San Diego, I have served as a special education paraprofessional in La Mesa, and last year I taught high school physical education and health in Chula Vista. I am passionate about teaching and sharing my love for moving the body. When I'm not at school, I'm with my family exploring all of the great nature and food spots San Diego has to offer! I enjoy hiking, going to the beach, watching sports, reading, and traveling. I'm a devoted Chicago Bears and Cubs fan, however the Padres have also captured my heart! I'm looking forward to an awesome school year!
