CHAWANAKEE ADULT SCHOOL

​PROGRAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

1.  Call the Chawanakee Adult School office to set up an appointment.                                                                                          (559) 877-4440 

2.   Students must provide official transcripts from all previous schools of record or fill out a    

      Transcript Request form for each school attended.  (see link at the bottom)

3.   Students must be at least 18 years of age.

4.   Students must fill out the appropriate registration forms for classes to be taken.

5.   Students entering academic classes are required to take the CASAS placement test.
