Google made changes to its services agreements and students no longer have access to Google's Additional Services, this includes YouTube.  Access to Google Workspace for Education Core Services remains unchanged.  Student can no longer access YouYube directly but teachers can still share YouTube videos.  The following are some ways to share the videos.
