Belton ISD is excited to start the 2024-2025 school year with investing in our world-class team of educators in pursuit of the BISD Instructional Vision of Learning. Learning will be rooted in the beliefs and key traits of the BISD instructional framework: intentional planning, challenging, and engaging experiences, learning space and environment, and assessment for learning. Our goal is to "Ignite" your spark for the school year. Ignite details will be posted by August 1, 2024.
Goal for 2024 Ignite: Empower teachers to facilitate exceptional learning experiences prioritizing critical thinking through intentional planning, instructional practices, and meaningful assessment.
Ignite Outcomes:
Teachers will develop a deeper understanding of the instructional framework and apply it to intentional planning, instructional practices, and meaningful assessement.
Teachers will be equipped to utilize district resources.
