Belton ISD Employee Evaluations

The purpose of this evaluation system is to empower each and every employee to grow in their own learning to be the best in their field. This process is also aligned to support the  Belton ISD Vision, Goals, Values and Beliefs, Journey of a Graduate, and the Leadership Definition.  

Beginning with the 2025-2026 School Year, all evaluations will be documented in the Eduphoria/Strive system for all employees. This will provide a more secure platform and streamline the management and reporting of evaluations for all employees.
