362 in Life Groups / 1,000 people a month - 3.6 / 10 Active Church Members are in a Group. This is Good.

BUT

What about the other 638 people who need a community? 

I was trained the church-rule about this is for healthy groups you need 1 open group for every 10 worship service goer. So if we were put that "rule" against our 638 non-groupers that means we should aim for another 63 groups. (our average size group is 7-8 member, so for Active Church we could aim for 79 groups)

31 is the number of Groups we have OPEN out of 66 groups.

Status Observations

• More Life Groups are Needed (3rd Sunday of Every Month - LG Leadership Interest)

• More invites to your Life Group 

• If your life group is closed pray and consider opening it. Go from 6 to 10. 

• Open up spaces in your group for people who do not show up. (check in, and delete if they ghost)
