The Junior Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers – Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan Chapter seeks to augment the current academic standing of Xavier University chemical engineering students and preserve their rights to a better education by proactively implementing initiatives geared towards a deeper understanding of the field; develop leadership potentials; foster unity and fellowship through activities pursuing social and environmental awareness anchored on the Ignatian principles. 

The Junior Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers – Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan Chapter envisions to become a competent JPIChE chapter with holistic members bordering on the Atenean virtue and principle of being men and women for and with others, promoting the well-being of the community and environment.
