Zumba for Everybody

Our event “Zumba for EveryBODY” will be a high-energy dance fitness program with 3 sessions involving moves on International and Indian beats. Zumba is being practised owing to its health benefits, including mind relaxation, stress management, and physical fitness. With our event, we want to leave a legacy of creating a Zumba Society at the University where students can socialize and create meaningful friendships feeling happy and healthier.
