With LimitlessFit you can schedule your workouts based on when you want. This could be from starting your push day lets say from a Monday-Tuesday then, having your pull day from Wednesday-Thursday and having your leg day on a Friday. With your rest days being Saturday and Sunday. To add on to this, what I have just listed was the most common workout split the PPL split (Push, Pull, Legs). Also, it will be structured in a way where the website would be able to know specifically what you did when, this could be from the specific workout for instance bicep curls, leg stretches and planks and so on.
In the meal plan section, the users are able to create meal plans based on what they want. Whether they want to select from the options that are made available from the website itself or if they want to either create their own unique meal plan it is completely up to them.
