1. Help Desk Workflow Revamp
Purpose: Streamline ticket routing and workflows for the Instructional Design & Technology (IDT) team

2. NHA Resources (MAS 2050 Course Support)
Purpose: Provide students with clear guidance for using NHA tools and submitting work

Notes: Collaborated with LMS Administrator to connect Canvas with Badgr and ensure successful test integration.
4. Nursing Portfolio
Purpose: Develop a universal ePortfolio for nursing students

Purpose: Support the IDT team during Spring 1 audit processes

Notes: Gained hands-on experience with audit protocols and reporting timelines for instructional design quality assurance.
Purpose: Support integration of third-party interactive anatomy platform for faculty and student use

Notes: Collaborated with IDT team to vet and connect Visible Body to Canvas via LTI for smooth user experience.
Purpose: Manually input course materials for upcoming terms to prevent data errors in Simple Syllabus

Purpose: Provide backup support during course blueprinting, date audits, and disassociation workflows
