1. Help Desk Workflow Revamp

• Purpose: Streamline ticket routing and workflows for the Instructional Design & Technology (IDT) team

• Artifacts: (Internal workflow documentation unavailable due to privacy protocols)

2. NHA Resources (MAS 2050 Course Support)

• Purpose: Provide students with clear guidance for using NHA tools and submitting work

• Artifacts:

3. Badgr Integration

• Purpose: Enable digital credentialing for faculty training

• Artifacts: (Internal integration documentation unavailable due to privacy protocols)

• Notes: Collaborated with LMS Administrator to connect Canvas with Badgr and ensure successful test integration.

4. Nursing Portfolio

• Purpose: Develop a universal ePortfolio for nursing students

• Artifacts:

6. Spring 1 Audit

• Purpose: Support the IDT team during Spring 1 audit processes

• Artifacts: (Confidential audit data not publicly shareable)

• Notes: Gained hands-on experience with audit protocols and reporting timelines for instructional design quality assurance.

7. Visible Body Integration

• Purpose: Support integration of third-party interactive anatomy platform for faculty and student use

• Artifacts: (Vendor credentials and platform configurations are confidential)

• Notes: Collaborated with IDT team to vet and connect Visible Body to Canvas via LTI for smooth user experience.

9. Simple (Higher Ed) Syllabus

• Purpose: Manually input course materials for upcoming terms to prevent data errors in Simple Syllabus

• Artifacts: (Internal syllabus templates not for public distribution)

• Notes: Supporting proactive data entry in collaboration with course leads and IT to reduce launch delays.

10. Disassociate/Dates/Audit Push Support

• Purpose: Provide backup support during course blueprinting, date audits, and disassociation workflows

• Artifacts: (LMS backend data and processes are protected)

• Notes: Assist during peak blueprint times to ensure accurate term and module rollouts.

11. Integrated Simulations – Business Courseware

• Purpose: Vet and implement new interactive simulations for business courses

• Artifacts: (Implementation in progress – materials not yet available)

• Notes: Currently undergoing IT vetting; working with instructional design and program leads to evaluate courseware alignment with outcomes.
