Principal's Message

Clough Families,

We had a good two first days of school and look forward to having all students on Monday.

At the end of the day, we were able to dismiss all the car riders in a short amount of time. If you are picking up your child, please be in the car line by 2:55 so that we can get their tag number in the system and get them in the cafeteria and in the correct spot in line.

As expected, the buses are arriving late to school to pick up the kids. I expect it to get better each day as the drivers get used to the routes. I encourage you to sign up for the Peterman Bus Tracker App so that you can see the actual location of the bus in real time.

Currently, schools are reporting positive cases but not contact tracing. If guidance changes throughout the year, I will forward to you.

Discover classes begin this week for students. I know they will be excited about exploring the cultural arts.

New Elementary School Resource Officer

At this week's Board of Education meeting, our Chief Operating Officer shared that the district has utilized monies from a state-level grant to hire an Elementary School Resource Officer (SRO). To learn more about SRO Officer Michael Ventre, please see this press release.
