The Journey with Jesus event here at BR is an annual Board wide event. Classes and individuals are invited to walk a specific path around the school and stop several times to pray. Prayers are based on the theme for Catholic Education Week.
This week of recognition and awareness of mental health will include a number of activities from our various leadership groups.
This is a fundraiser and awareness event. Development and Peace – Caritas Canada addresses the root causes of poverty, oppression, and inequality by working with partners in the Global South and by mobilizing Canadians in the common struggle for justice and dignity. For this event, participants will fast for 12 hours in solidarity with those who struggle with food insecurity. We will have activities that heighten our awareness of issues of justice in the world.
During this informative session, our presenters, Heather Fawcett and Adam Lawrence, will draw upon their years of experience in student recruitment to shed light on various avenues for financing your child's educational journey beyond high school.
