Diploma packages (including diploma, transcript, certificates, etc.) will be available for pickup on Thursday, June 29th (the same day as Exam Review Day) at Bishop Reding in the cafeteria from 8:30-10:30am. Students will receive a blank scroll at the graduation ceremony.
The graduation brunch and rehearsal will take place on Friday, June 23rd at 9:00am-11:00am. At this time, award winners will be announced. Grad Brunch and Additional Graduation Guest Ticket will be available for pickup in the main office from June 19-21.
MANDATORY: Grad Rehearsal will immediately follow the Grad Brunch.
Graduates should be at St. Francis Xavier by 1:30pm to board busses.
Parking at the venue is for accessible parking needs only.

We strongly encourage parents and guests to make use of our free bussing shuttle. More information about parking options below.
Students will be allowed 2 guests at the graduation ceremony (lower bowl tickets). Students can pick up tickets in the main office (available June 19-21). See email for information about potential additional ticket.
No food will be provided or allowed inside the venue. Water will be provided at 4 stations inside the venue. All guest parking is at St. Francis Xavier Secondary School. Parking bylaws will be in effect. There will be designated areas for photos after the ceremony (one by upper entrance and two by the stage).

Grad gowns will be distributed when uniform is dropped off. Pickup gown outside cafeteria June 12-19th.
The last date to return all textbooks and library books is June 19th.
Please ensure that your locker is fully cleaned out by June 19th.
Locks can be returned to the main office.
ONLY GUESTS WITH PRE-ARRANGED ACCESSIBLE PARKING WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE VELODROME LOT.

Plan accordingly in order to park at St. Francis Xavier and take the shuttle to graduation.
All graduates must be at St. Francis Xavier by 1:30PM on graduation day so they can be shuttled to the venue well before the graduation ceremony begins.
Graduates will be shuttled to the velodrome at 2:15 PM. Please ensure your graduate is there no later than 1:30 PM.
Shuttles for families attending the graduation will begin at 2:45 PM.
If you are seated in the upper bowl you will be dropped off at STOP #1. If you are seated in the lower bowl you will be dropped off at STOP #2.
At the end of the ceremony, shuttles will begin returning to St. Francis Xavier at 7:15 PM. Please board the shuttles promptly at the end of the ceremony. Shuttle service will end at 8:15 PM.
