Join us for an event that will help you align body, mind, and soul just in time for finals. Participants will learn about Tai Chi from Genjikai Karate & Tai and mindfulness through visualization/imagery from Divya Patel, LPC. This interactive session will consist of a Tai Chi demonstration and guided use of visualization and imagery in mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness has been proven to help students with overall wellbeing, particularly relieving stress and improving concentration.
