The wonderful team at the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network (LVRN) and UCLAN have created an app to help you see what's going on in Preston. The app is free to download and offers loads of information around pressing issues for young people. Scan the QR code or click the link to download the WHAY app. Funded by the Home office, the app is set to grow beyond Preston in the future.
Why not check out the Champions Programme run by LVRN? Referrals can be made here.

If you're able to go further afield, Visit Lancashire has some great ideas of things to do and upcoming events.
Preston has public transport links such as Preston Bus and Preston Railway Station. Planning your trip on public transport may be more environmentally friendly and be cheaper. Just remember to look after your safety. You can find some safety tips here.

My top tip:
If you're registered with a local GP, you can access a Social Prescriber - they will be able to signpost you to other services!
